Welcome to the award-winning restaurant Taste of Thai.  We would like to take this opportunity to enlighten you about Thailand and its cuisine. Thailand is one of the greatest rice growing countries in the world.  Rice accounts for almost half of Thailand’s exports.  Thai cuisine is a subtle interplay of five taste sensations:  sweet, sour, hot, salty, and neutral. Several Southeast Asian spices and seasonings impart to Thai cooking its distinctive flavors:  lemongrass, coriander root and leaves, the kaffir lime, kha root and some to the hottest and most flavorful chilies.  Each menu item is accompanied by a brief description of its contents.

Please note that Thai cooking is very highly seasoned. We will attempt to accommodate individual tastes as long as doing so does not violate the integrity of a dish.  Please alert your server if you have special preferences, food allergies and sensitivities to specific foods.
